General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions apply to all content advertised on hbi.si, except where different terms and conditions are specified on the application form.
 
APPLICATION DEADLINE
  • We accept applications until at least 7 days before the scheduled date or until all available spaces are filled.
  • By submitting the online application form, you commit to attending the workshop.
  • Confirm your application by transferring the specified amount to the current account. The payment details are provided below in the “Payment” section.
  • After submitting the online application, you will receive an automatically generated email in your inbox within a few seconds. Otherwise, check your ‘spam/unwanted/junk/intrusive’ folder. If not received, the application form may not have been filled out correctly.

 

Save the address [email protected] to your contacts or mark it as ‘Never block sender’ to ensure our emails appear correctly in your mailbox. Gmail users should also check the “Promotions” tab.

* The organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop in case of insufficient registrations.

** In case of force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the workshop dates or location.

WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE
  • The deadline for withdrawal is 9 days before the workshop date. You can withdraw electronically by emailing  [email protected]. 

  • If you withdraw from 8 to 6 days before the scheduled workshop date, administrative costs amounting to 30 percent of the advertised price or the first installment in the case of installment payments will be charged. For later withdrawals or if you do not attend the workshop despite submitting the online application, the full amount or the first installment will be charged. 
  • By applying for the workshop, the sender accepts and confirms all the general terms and conditions regarding registration/withdrawal.
PAYMENT
  • You must pay the workshop fee upon registration or at the latest within 24 hours after submitting the application.

  • Paid visits are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period of the individual payment package. There are no replacement dates for any absences.

  • Transfer the amount to the organizer’s bank account:

    * I am not a VAT taxpayer.

  • In case of workshop cancellation by the organizer, the paid amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
