Terms and Conditions for July 21 – 28 Retreat
  • Registration is open until 27 April 2024.
  • By submitting the online application form, you commit to attending the workshop.
  • You confirm your application by paying a non-refundable deposit of EUR 300. This makes your application valid. The payment details are provided below in the “Payment” section.
    The remaining amount, consisting of the “Workshop price” + the “Accommodation price”, is payable on arrival at the workshop.
  • After submitting the online application, you will receive an automatically generated email in your inbox within a few seconds. Otherwise, check your ‘spam/unwanted/junk/intrusive’ folder. If not received, the application form may not have been filled out correctly. 
  • Save the address [email protected] to your contacts or mark it as ‘Never block sender’ to ensure our emails appear correctly in your mailbox. Gmail users should also check the “Promotions” tab.

* The organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop in case of insufficient registrations.

** In case of force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the workshop dates or location.


If you withdraw, the following applies:

  • The deposit of EUR 300.00 is non-refundable, regardless of the date of cancellation.
  • You can withdraw at no extra cost after the advance payment until 29 March 2024.
  • From 30.3.2024 onwards, we will charge you the remaining balance of the “Workshop price” + “Accommodation price” at the time of your withdrawal:
    – 40% for cancellations until 13/04/2024
    – 60% for cancellations until 27/04/2024
    – For cancellations from 28/04/2024 onwards, we will charge you the full amount of the “Workshop price” + “Accommodation price”.

You can withdraw electronically by emailing [email protected]. 

  • By applying for the workshop, the sender accepts and confirms all the Terms and conditions regarding registration/withdrawal.
  • The EUR 300.00 deposit must be paid no later than 24 hours after the submission of the application form. Once we receive your deposit, you will have a reserved place at the workshop. In case of cancellation of the workshop by the organiser, the amount paid will be refunded within 7 working days. In other cases, we do not refund the deposit.
